Dean, your suggestion for a sharp KITCHEN knife was the game changer, it immediately removed the problem from my jurisdiction and placed it directly in the area of Nancy's expertise, the KITCHEN. After obtaining a brand new roll of electrical tape, I sent her to the roof with her sharp kitchen knive and I was watching a High Def Curling match a few moments later. Now I can resume my normal responsibility of advising Trump on foreign relations and trade agreements.
