Re: Solving a Water Crisis
Our casa is managed by a local PM company. Generally, we review the quarterly statements annually to ensure there are adequate funds in the account, bills have been paid, etc. Without checking, I could not even say how many billings for water there are or when they occur on an annual basis. I doubt that my lack of "due diligence" is atypical -- but, La Manz is important enough to me and our extended family that I would like to rectify this. Can someone start by detailing the "paper flow" i.e. the dates (annually), how and where the invoices are generated, "delivered" and where payment is to be made. Thanks Jim T
