Of those 30 were male dogs. WOW . Thats' a great number .
Thank you La Manzanilla for supporting us.
Huge thank you's go to all of you that supplied great food for the Vets and volunteers at the clinic and for the vets for dinner.
Thank you Marcia for hosting them in your home . This was the 13th year Marcia has done this as well as working in surgery. She is amazing.
Thank you Katherine for organizing the volunteer schedule. It's quite the task.
Thank you Pam for another great year in recovery. This is Pam's 13th year of running recovery like a MASH unit. I can always depend on Pam being there for me and the animals .
Thank you Abram ,our local vet, for coming and helping on Sunday.
And of course thank you to all the volunteers who helped the animals recover from a stressful day- all going home happy . I know seeing the smiling faces of their owners and their pets wagging tails as they picked them up was enough to tell you how much they all appreciate what we do.
We received a nice amount of donations and sales of hats during the clinic. I'll be reporting back on the total fundraising and final cost of the clinic after the Barra de Navidad Clinic is over. I'm a little busy right now.
If you have neighbors who might be interested in having their animals spayed or neutered and missed this clinic, Cisco's Amigos is having a Barra de Navidad clinic starting this Friday the 9th and going until Monday the 12th.
