Re: Bridge at Palapa Joe
Yes, it is free. Chicago bridge is free. if you want to play duplicate bridge, it is at The Restaurant Martin on Mondays and Wednesdays, at 12: 15. There is a 50 pesos charge to Martin. If you eat also at Martin, the 50 pesos does not count as long as you eat for at least 50 pesos. If you want to play for free at Palapa Joe, "Chicago bridge" you're welcome to play, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Come early, the cards are drawn at 1:O0 and the tables are decided at that time. You don't need a partner, the cards are the two highest first, then the next two high cards, then the others etc. If there is an odd number of players left, as long as there are at least Three, the game is on, a dummy comes over for the bidding and plays. It sounds complicated, but it works out fine. Enjoy the bridge. Have a splendid winter.
