here would calm things down a bit. Surely some information is better
than what we had before which was no information.
We did not see the big rain event coming but conditions should return
to what they were before, or at least close to that.
The next goal for me (and anyone who chooses to assist) is to find a way
to test the ocean for Coliforms (the various kinds) as that is the only data
that is really needed. That involves taking a sample of the water, filtering it
and putting some into a petri dish to see what cultivates. There are lots
for fresh water and I don't see why it should be different for salt water.
There is some learning curve but with a little effort we will be making
our own test whenever we want to.

message board once and for all. And before the nay sayers jump in and try to
throw sticks into the spokes I know some of the links are not relevant.
