I will be resuming cooking classes beginning Tuesday, December 18th with a Sunday Brunch Menu: Lentil and Walnut Salad with Pomegranate Dressing, No Grater Crispy Potato Pancakes, Baked Orzo with Spinach, Bacon and Feta and Lemon Ginger Friands (like little cupcakes). All delicious!! Classes begin at 11 am and run until around 1:30 pm and include lunch, beverage and copies of the recipes. Cost is 350 pesos.
