So no fear. Sweet bread will replace the Kings Day Rosca and hot chocolate or atole (corn masa hot drink) will the place of the punch. And excitement will permeate the air with raffling of gifts to the children. I hear there are some soccer balls that will find new homes and kids to play with.
What La Huerta can provide is the platform for the program and Blue Bay Dancers. They are set to perform at 6:00 and worth not missing. When they dance I feel like I'm in a Hollywood, *Carmen Miranda movie, set in a quaint little Mexican beach town, lol. It is fun.
So again, Francisco and I thank you very much and hope that you won't miss the event. Cruz
*Does this date me or what? 1940's I think. Need to Google, lol.
