Saving bottles again

A friend is organizing a baby shower, and wants to make gifts for the attendees. They are going to decorate bottles, like wine and liquor bottles. They need up to 50 bottles, and all sizes and shapes are welcome. Please wash them out, and leave the lid or cork on, in case they are eventually re-used for jamaica, etc. You can leave them in the new oversized garbage enclosure in front of my house at 181 Manglares, corner of Perula. I'll post a picture and a map later today. But start saving them... How great that they want to save a few bottles from the trash. | -----------------Re: Saving bottles again

Yay! I was afraid I was either going to have to toss my glass in the trash, or stop drinking. Neither choice appeals to me! | -----------------Re: Saving bottles again

http://lamanzanilla.info/la_manzanilla_message_board/16-01-17_to_16-04-05/msg/1454196688.html Here is a map of where my house is - #17 on this old Art Walk map. Put the bottles in the smaller blue bin that is in the brick enclosure at the front of the house. (on Manglares) The women who are using them will empty it regularly. Please note: Glass is not being recycled in La Manz yet, so please don't take any glass to the recycling centre near the school. This project of re-use is a one time only project.

Hi Carol. Someone has left many wine bottles at the depot. If you are going by with your cart perhaps you will find all that is needed for the event. | -----------------Re: Saving bottles again

Hi, Not sure we placed our glass bottles in the correct bin. There was an empty blue bin on the sidewalk located in the curve at the intersection. From your post, we needed to enter a brick enclosure to find the bin? We're in the Boca de Iguanas RV park and have multiple people saving. | -----------------
