overlapping interests - Spanish and fermentation

I just wanted to share this Youtube channel, because a number of people here are interested in fermenting foods and beverages. It's a big part of Mexican food preparation, too, but you don't always hear about it right away.
Her Spanish is so clear, it seems like a good way to learn new words, as well as share cultures (in both meanings of that word.) You can slow the video down if she is speaking too fast. Does anyone have extra water kefir crystals? Mine are looking a little sad. I found out that they are called tibicos or bulgaros here in Mexico. | -----------------Re: overlapping interests - Spanish and fermentation

Hi Carol! Funny you are asking about the kefir grains, I just posted my workshop about fermenting foods. Did you see my post? Here is the link http://members5.boardhost.com/lamanzanilla/msg/1547393162.html You will leave with your kefir grains and also natural pickles and sauerkraut! (and if you are not interested in the workshop, I can give you just the grains :-) | -----------------Re: overlapping interests - Spanish and fermentation

It really is a coincidence, Susana, and yes, I did miss your post. They slide down the message board so fast these days... I want to take the workshop, and for me the time is good, especially as you are located on the beach. We could have a swim first, and then watch the sunset and go for a walk after. | ----------------- |
