Pedro announces that his new upscale location is now offering the following for enjoyment by all of his discriminating connoisseurs: Every Wednesday evening, Pedro whips up his Spaghetti Bolonesa, the recipe of which was passed down from his Purepecha ancestors. It is served on real ceramic plates (lead free) and comes with a delicious salad. Thursday is Pedro's Barbecue Pork Rib special with a baked potato and salad, and is just a wonderful treat. Of course, every day Pedro offers a full menu of good food including his "Universe Best Fish Tacos". This week you can choose between Mahi-mahi, Dorado and dolphin fish, and it is offered fried or grilled. All of Pedro's fish is guaranteed to be non-GMO.
