If I also light one or two top burners, the oven drops to about 275F, and the top burners are also wimpy.
We had a similar oven at our rental last year, and had to turn down the water boiler to bake.
We have about 55% left in our rooftop gas tank.
The oven is a base model, I don't even see any thermostat.
It seems like there just isn't enough gas getting to the burners. Anybody have any expertise along these lines? Uninformed opinions also welcome.
