I feel the main focus of this policy is a reboot of the project that was started in 2008. They will probably finish the airport (I didn't see that mentioned in the article). Your subject "Here they come" is true, we can feel it happening here in La Manz now but not at the level they are talking about. At least they didn't set up the tents and have the meeting on the Bay of Tenacatia. | -------------------Re: Here they come!!!

Guadalajara Reporter article on this. Of note: "as well as maritime transportation" - pier, cruise ships? "economic and ecological sustainability.” - interesting set of words. "Only private planes will be permitted to land at the airstrip." That was going to be an international airport, its a hint as to whom this development is catering to. And it wouldn't be an official project unless someone (the poor) gets ripped off. "Although Rasaland maintains it now has full legal ownership of the coastal land, some ejidatarios (communal famers) says they are still owed money for land they relinquished, and say they were badly shortchanged, receiving 150,000 pesos for land with a commercial value of three million pesos per hectare, one ejidatario told El Informador newspaper". | -------------------
