Tonights Parade

Did anyone get a video of tonight's parade? It was different than the usual parade. People were walking in red shirts doing a kind of dance step and clapping to the beat of the music that was playing. Nice change, I liked it :0 | -------------------Re: Tonights Parade

What is the town celebrating? We would love to see it. How many days is it for? | -------------------Re: Tonights Parade

Hey Daniel - as we know on many occasions celebrations are not always delivered as scheduled, so do you have any idea if the Castillo con cuetes will be on Saturday (allowing for late starts) or on the last night, which this year is a Sunday?

The actual day of the fiesta in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary is Thursday, the 15th. That evening is when they Light up the Castillo. After that, we will be back to normal. By the way, we will be getting a new priest starting September 2 of this year. Father Fabio is being transferred to another parish. | ------------------- |
