Thank YOU Daniel! You always know what is in the news. As a physician, I was appalled to learn that the new OXXO would be open 24/7 - with easy access to all the junk food and addictive products they offer. Not only will the OXXO in town ensure closures of some of the Mom and Pop stores, but it will also contribute to more obesity, diabetes and earlier mortality age among the locals and passers-by. This is one of the main reasons why I have been advocating for the OXXO store to close at midnight on weekdays and close at 2 am on Friday and Saturdays. I am still working on that one.... Buen día! Anneli - on a cruise among the amazing Norwegian fjords. With ONLY natural lights! 😀 | -------------------
