You will be using the Inner Balance App on your phone or iPad or other devices of like, depending on your device you will be using blue tooth or lighting wired sensor. I will be teaching a breathing technique that helps reduce your stress within 3 to 5 minutes, setting into practice several times a day, it's somewhat like bio feed back.
