Churros!

Rosario and her husband Joel make churros in the Jardin across from the Church. They are donut-like sticks of crispy loveliness, rolled in cane sugar and cinnamon. They can be topped off with lechera (sweetened condensed milk), chocolate syrup, or caramelo. They are usually available in the evenings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A bag of 5 or 6 pieces is 25 pesos. Enjoy!
