Watercolor Mandala Meditation March 3

Watercolor Mandala Meditation March 3, Tuesday, 11am to 12:30 Mandala’s are a circle symbolizing Unity and can be used to connect Self to the Universe. What: I am once again offering you an opportunity to join me in painting a watercolor mandala with the intent of creating inner peace and balance for yourself. When you are centered and balanced you create an energitic field which spreads outward. Many have joined me in the past and have requested I continue the monthly mandala meditation sessions this season. It is one small way to pause and ‘DO SOMETHING' to keep positive energy flowing in yourself (and onward) in our fast-paced world. How: You just show up. I will bring watercolor supplies and guide you in how to paint a mandala. If you have your own watercolor supplies, please bring them. When: Next Tuesday, March 3, 11:00am to 12:30pm. Where: Cato’s Restaurant, on the beach close to the communal fish market. (There is a crocodile sculpture at the entrance) This restaurant is allowing us to use their space at no charge. I would encourage you to possibly order juice or stay after our painting meditation session for lunch. Their food in my opinion is one of the best restaurants in our town! Who: Anyone who would like to join in and quietly paint together. Why: There is power and energy when like minded folks join together with the same intent. Our intent is to use the watercolor meditation to center ourselves, and then send out positive energy toward maintaining peace in a world that may at times feel a bit out of balance. Cost: There is no cost, other than your time and positive energy. A small donation is welcomed but not required. Hope you will join me. | ----------------Re: Watercolor Mandala Meditation March 3

Annie, I attended the last mandala session but have an appointment at noon this coming Tuesday. However, as I'm the new "La Manzanilla Memo" writer for the Guadalajara Reporter, would you permit me to come before then to take a few photographs? Also, you apparently are the only person in town who took quality photographs of the La Catalina scholarship art students' projects before their sale last Tuesday. Since I couldn't attend the event, could you please send me a few of the photos that include both students and their art? If you're willing, please send them by email attachment to lfwedit@gmail.com Thanks! | ----------------
