COVID-19 (coronavirus) statistics

https://systems.jhu.edu/ is a good source for COVID-19 statistics. Pity it doesn't include statistics for number of tests that have been administered. Countries on the left are in order of confirmed instances (Mexico currently has 6). Click on a country for details about deaths and recoveries. Unfortunately, instances on the map are not geograpically-specific within México (as they are for some countries).

Thanks for posting this Vicki. It gives a saner perspective to see that people are recovering. | ----------------Re: COVID-19 (coronavirus) statistics

Another important message on COVID-10 is that it is looking potentially horrific and that it is up to all of us to wage war on it by doing collective things to help contain it and not spread it. Doing things like staying home, avoiding large gatherings and schools, and washing the hands when we hear that it is near. Being a senior and a potential vulnerable target of the bug I would prefer to err on the conservative side. It won't hurt and I'll keep my head out of the sand to hear if it's lurking close by. Granted, I'm not long for this world but why run out in front of the car and become part of the 1 or more percent that won't beat it. The life we save may not only be our own and we can be socially responsible by not giving the bug reign. The bug did and will affect China big time for years to come! If it goes the way of SARS and the others, great! Mis dos centavos, Cruz | ----------------
