Re: Mexican drivers license
When I got my first Mexican driver's license many years ago in Guanajuato, I just told them my blood type, which is printed on the back of the now expired license. Then, when I moved to the coast, I stopped in the Cihuatlan office to ask if they would accept that as proof of my blood type because I faint if a single drop of blood is taken. They said that they would. (But since I no longer have a car, I haven't bothered to get a license in Jalisco; I just keep the old license as proof of my blood type in case i ever need one.)
