Searched GMO Foods and Diabetes
We are not off topic, COVID and diabetes are a deadly pair.
Did you notice the stats in the article I linked to?
Mexico has 80,000 diabetes deaths annually at a cost of $40,000 us per
year per patient!
"Mexico to be the leading consumer of junk food in Latin America,
consuming 450 pounds of ultra processed foods and sugary beverages
per person each year." "Until just recently Mexico was the largest
per capita consumer of soda in the world, chugging down 36 gallons
of sugary drinks per person per year."
"Late last year, the health minister declared diabetes and
obesity to be public health emergencies — the first time they'd
made such a declaration that wasn't targeting an infectious disease".
Do you remember hearing anything about that declaration? I
remember they raised the tax on sugar drinks but that is about it.
Now Mexico is at approx 40,000 deaths due to COVID, 1/2 that of diabetes
and everyone is very concerned and taking all kinds of measures to try
and stop it.
Let's go to the USA for a moment. In 2019 there were 70,000 deaths
from the flu season and not a peep about mask, hand washing,
or social distancing. This is stuff we shold have learned in grade school.
What is a common factor in the failure to react to the deaths
before COVID? Money, Big pharma makes billions during flu season,
Coca Cola makes billions selling death to Mexico and are complaining
that their sales are slumping.
Big pharma and Coca Cola have lots of money, and are involved in
Regulatory Capture.
COVID has to be addressed but it is a symptom of a much bigger cause.
