Thanks Neal Fairly interesting, but the article only has two citations, one to a twitter spat and another to an article titled - Projecting How Weather and Air Pollutants Impact Transmission Rate - Air pollution wasn't even mentioned in the article. Newsweek needs to level up on the citations. | ------------Re: Good news for youall?

Now that the first Covid-19 case has been reported in La Huerta, I'm glad we have plenty of that! | ------------Re: Good news for youall?

Hola, Lynne. La Huerta County President,'Ray', announced yesterday that the infected person was not from La Huerta. Her ID, which had not been updated, showed an address from La Huerta when in fact she has been living in Mexico City for some time. So, her infection was wrongly connected to La Huerta. Also, she has not visited La Huerta in a long time. The Director of La Huerta Hospital spoke with the ex-resident and confirmed her identity and residence. Now La Huerta is working to get the infection off its record. Phew! We can breathe easier but this doesn't let us off the hook as to staying vigilant, with or without humidity and not having a case in our County. Cruz PS: Moderator, I got this info off one of, I think, Rebecca's posts. If you think it necessary, I can try to track it down. It was a video report, of this I'm sure. | ------------Oops, No Case in La Huerta spelled out by Rebecca Yesterday!

The only place in the video, Rebecca and I don't totally agree on is that La Huerta is still on the books with one case. Who knows the hurdles they will have to jump to correct it. The reason they need to correct it is so that this County can proceed with opening up. So the error has become an economic one. Gracias, Rebecca, for the post. Cruz PS: Moderator, thank goodness you're watching the sunset so I could verify my first post before you saw it. | ------------Re: Oops, No Case in La Huerta spelled out by Rebecca Yesterday!

Yes, Cruzie, I saw Rebecca's post yesterday and was quite relieved to find out that the "news" about La Huerta's first case was not correct. This seems much like a case of mistaken identity; once you're accused of something you did not do, it's difficult to clear your name. | ------------Re: Good news for youall?
