Produced by La Huerta government. In Spanish of course, but you can get the English translated subtitles, a trick that Daniel taught me after I uploaded an earlier video. [url=

As a reminder the way to do that is click on the CC so its underlined click on gear click on subtitles CC click on auto translate select language This is machine translation, its not perfect but its getting better by the day (literally). Thanks Duckie, you do some quality post. This one has (at the moment) 2 views posted on •Jun 4, 2020 And thanks to La Huerta for the progress on this situation and for the social media connection. Things are changing for the better on several fronts, communication being one of those, and one that is very important. I am sure there are many, many persons in the background of this progress who are not being recognized. You know who you are, you are the ones who receive the joy of your giving as you give. I can only hope you see the "hidden" value in that process. In the end it is the greatest reward.

Gracias, Duckie. What I enjoyed in the video is hearing that no more 'black waters' are trickling into the lagoon. I hope it won't take too long for the manglar to cleanse what has been pumped into it for so long and the crocs must be happy not to be wallowing in our s--t, lol. The State paid 70% and La Huerta 30% of the 4 million pesos that brought the pumping station up to snuff. But what La Huerta President, Ray, said that we will no longer have problems with our town drains polluting our streets with unsightly and unhealthy 'black waters'. I hope this is true. What a relief not to have that sight and smell bugging us, not to mention, the danger of infections. But again, I'm not holding my breath, especially without a knee on my neck. Thank you to Mary Jo and community for lobbying and thank you Governor Alfaro and La Huerta President, Ray, for responding. Si Se Puede! Cruz PS: I guess because of Covid-19 we didn't get the inauguration presentation and party, darn.

This is mighty fine news! Does it mean that there is no longer any horrid smell at the Hotel Caiman, where I go to the dentist and drop off bottle caps in the corazon? I know I could check myself, but I have to ride my bike again and it seems really far, so it's just easier to ask you. ;-) | ------------
