Thanks for looking further and for this clarification David. Indeed, colloidal and ionized silver are not the same. "Colloidal silver is not the same as silver nitrate nor ionic silver. Colloidal silver is made up of tiny nano particles, essentially less concentrated than other forms, and ionic silver is made up of atoms. Silver nitrate is more of a chemical compound. It's used for cauterizing wounds and ulcerations." I see that the link I provided to the label was showing the ingredients for Microdyne (a US company), but I guess this must be a different product than Microdyn (no 'e' on the end... oops!) from Mexico. My bad Ani - I misspelled the product in my search. I couldn't find the Microdyn manufacturer's site to delve into the ingredients list. But no matter, it seems there is silver (in nitrate form) in the latter, as I found this ad/link: http://silversanitizer.com/articles/Disinfecting%20Produce%20with%20Silver%20Solution.pdf Live and learn, eh!
