"Students will not return to classrooms until the government’s version of a stoplight to evaluate the pandemic’s risk is safely at green." I would guess that means sometime in 2022 https://apnews.com/3d84ea2f2b964181c74e1a0eac88ded0 I was curious as to which states were red, searched and found this Government issues new coronavirus stoplight map: Mexico painted solid red https://mexiconewsdaily.com/news/coronavirus/government-issues-new-coronavirus-stoplight/ Of note in that article - "324,897 people have now been tested" - That is a very low number of test. ------- I don't get the scenario below, if the states can do what they want why would Yucatán care what color they are on the map? "Deputy Health Minister Hugo López-Gatell, Mexico’s coronavirus point man, described the federal guidelines as examples of what states should do. However, the health authorities of each state and Mexico City have the power to decide which economic and everyday activities can resume, he said." "The government of Yucatán announced on Friday that as of Monday the state’s stoplight color will be set at orange. The move will allow the reactivation of nonessential activities ........." -----

Can’t imagine TV coverage will be the ideal rollout for educational instructions, sounds great for the cable network companies though. Also that article and ridiculously red map is from back in the beginning of June.
