url pagina. And they are located in two places to receive both plastic bottles and the lids! Otra Vez was happy to sponsor both sets through sales of donated items! One set is located on the plaza near Mi Casita and the other is out in the barrio in the park! Our hopes are that folks will now put their plastic bottles here in these fun containers instead of in the trash barrels! Thanks to both donors, customers and volunteers who make this happen! | ------------Re: The fish have arrived!!!

Ironically the day we picked up the 30 garbage cans for the barrio, all the garbage men were coming to work! We ran into the fellow who picks up the roadside plastic and mentioned this project to him! He was happy to collect the fish plastic as well! There is a special tool for cleaning them out and Jesus will bring that next week! There should be no sorting needed as there are signs asking that only bottles be thrown in with the caps put separately in the smaller fish! It is a temporary sign as the sign guy is busy on another project. | ------------Re: The fish have arrived!!!

Long ago a similar project backfired as when caps are removed water enters bottles and guess what hatched there ? So bottles need to be collected often during rainy season. I know well as one bin was behind my trailer and several of us came down with the big D. | ------------Thanks Stephanie...

You are most welcome! Am so happy to report after today’s visit to both sites, although neither are settled in their prospective homes yet...there is no garbage in either! Waiting for a metal saw at the park to get rid f some garbage containers and move to another place..and waiting for the arcilla in the plaza, but thanks to Paul, the drainage holes were bored yesterday! Poco a poco! | ------------
