Beach clean up
Posted by Daniel H on August 28, 2020, 4:04 pm
Suddenly about 30 guys came down the beach picking up everything in their path even big trees that it would take a machine to move and putting it into a big ass truck. Is amazing to see what can be accomplished with numbers. I asked and they said Tamarindo was paying for it. I haven't verified that yet but if true wonderful! more photos coming soon

I saw the trucks hauling away the debris. Was wondering how they were loaded. Holy crap, huge trees. Amazing what the guys can do! | ------------Re: workers...

Here are some before and after photos. As soon as they showed up I let them cut through my office to make their trip shorter and to keep them working in my area as much as possible. I also knew a couple of them from when I let them use my beach area when they came to the beach. They got a lot of it done 3 big truck fulls, still a lot more to do. In my 15 years at this office it is the first time someone has helped me clean up, it is really appreciated. Thank you Four Seasons!

Its all gone Mary, even the wood pile I had before the storm. But if I scour the beach I could build the wood pile up again, I do like having it there for when the mood strikes. Still not back to where I was before the storm (one day more) so I will have to see how it goes. 5 minutes at a time, no more but sometimes less (max stress is one minute at a time). | ------------Re: Beach clean up before and after

Thanks Daniel --- all that wood gone, oh my and I was dreaming such wonderful beach fire dreams of friends eating and sitting around the fire. Take care of yourself my friend -- were you able to get the water (mud?) cleaned out of your space? | ------------Re: Beach clean up before and after
