My comments are not about the people. They are about open discussion of ongoing infrastructure problems within the community. Until it comes out into the open and is addressed, it will most likely not improve on it's own. I am not looking to just criticize, but to kick start action.
How about some public meetings, in Spanish and English, to bring the community into the discussion. You would be amazed at the response
and willingness to ease the path forward by locals and expats alike if they are included in the process. Bring some new ideas to the table. Open the meetings, include the people, tap their pocket books with LID's or similar means and get it done.
No matter how you deny it, sewage in the street is a health problem. Especially with the poor drainage and dust problem in town.
