I obviously don't have a life so I will respond.
But my response will be from my little 100 square meter safe zone.
I go to see the goats everyday and to the store when I run out of Tequila.
all of my meals are delivered with the exception of going to a restaurant
about once a month. I haven't had a mask on for over a month as I am
seldom around anyone for more than the time it takes to hand them money.
If I am around someone its on the beach in the breeze and the sun which
is probably the safest place on the planet.
Edit: I don't shake hands or hug. (You can't change the people around you
but you can change the people around you).
I am very aware of vectors like when someone borrows a beach chair or touches
my Tequila bottle and wash my hands when coming in off the beach. I wash my
hands at least 4 times a day.
I use my instincts a lot. If I come to a place of business where there is little air flow and a few people standing around chatting without mask there is almost a 100% chance I am not going to enter.
There are hardware stores (for example) that are what I call COVID caves. In one store
the people who work there are not wearing a mask and there is no air exchange.
In the other store they are also not wearing mask but there is excellent air
exchange I am going to choose the latter.
If I were to go to a restaurant and was presented with a table that is downwind
from people who I feel are vectors I am not going to stay.

There is no testing in town that I know of. Once in a while I will
hear second hand information that there are something like 5 cases in
town but the gossip here is so thick you need wings to stay above it.
Very few are wearing mask, maybe 5%.
There is no official place to go for information like there is for
the county, state and Federal. There are meetings once in a while
and the locals have their own communication network which is fairly
reliable but not totally. If you do Facebook you can go to a couple
of accounts and get more information than is on this message board but
you have to be OK with wading through all sorts of advertising and
stuff like what people ate for dinner etc. And you have to be OK
with getting finger ####ed by Facebook's data collection, which
I am not. So I can't help you there.
As David Dagoli posted earlier it appears we are going to have
some state mandated restrictions coming up soon. Those are basically
based on how full the hospitals are and are designed to keep
them from getting overloaded, not to eliminate the virus.
I hope that helps and that others add their personal experience
to this thread and not some bull shit third hand info.
