feel free to post to the message board, communication is what it is for.
If one is isolated and watching fear based news its going to eventually
show up in one form or another. Don't hesitate to ask for help, there
are people who can recommend professionals and some local professionals
who are willing to help if you give them a way to contact you.
In my reading I run across articles and post about the mental health
crisis stemming from COVID. Its not talked about enough but is something
we should all be aware of.
There are places online you can go and chat with people who are willing
to listen and care. Obviously be careful with any advice that is not
from a professional. Here are a couple of links for starters.
