We got this amazing cookbook by Ibett Contreras, co-owner of the Chantli Mare Restaurant (at the other end of our beach). The photo shows what my wife Debbie made: Pescado Empanizado con Almendra, with a tasty salad using Ibett's Aderezo de Mayonesa. It was delicious and we look forward to making more of her recipes, which are annotated with fun little stories of her family.
It’s very professionally done - lovely photographs, and very good quality- even has a little ribbon to mark your page. (By the way, the title MILO refers to the initials of her whole name)
