Mi amigo Cesar Sepulveda of Barra de Navidad and El Grullo is offering organic compost, microbial micronutrients, and Ormus a saltwater mineral supplement for sale.
I am trying to see if there is enough interest in this so that he will bring compost from El Grullo. If there is enough interest and commitment to purchase he is willing to deliver to La Manzanilla.
Ultimately I would like for him to come to La Manzanilla and present a workshop on how to use and propagate microbial micronutrients and Ormus. An ideal location would be the children's garden. I understand that there is a caretaker in the garden but I am curious as to whom makes the executive decision to permit such an activity?
Please let me hear your thoughts about compost, supplements, and a potential workshop.
thanks, Monte Morgan
ps I have a sample of his compost and it looks very good. I have requested, and he says the next time he comes to the coast he will bring smaller bags of compost for sampling. Typically his compost comes in costales of 50 kg.
I would like to buy some. I make compost, but the heavy rains we had here must have washed out a lot of the nutrients.
I’m interested in all he can offer, and I think it would be great to have a workshop at the Huerta Escolar, to generate interest there, as well as educate people re their own gardens.
By the way, Antonio came over to get some of the arugula and dill seeds we had saved, so I guess he’ll be planting the garden soon. Hooray! There are fewer mosquitoes now, and the weather seems a little cooler.. it’s .a good time to visit the garden, and see how one can volunteer to help.
