Following the tianguis tomorrow Friday 18 Dec,
we propose Paella Royal and Lasagna végétarienne and or meat as a 3 courses menu,appetizer and desert with a free apero as a grande margarita, glass of wine or beer,event a drink whit out alcool.
Sunday 20 dec from 10:00am to 14:00pm is a Tutti Frutti gluten free crepas,whit a buffet of fruit,granole,yougourt,fresh orange juice coffee...... and eggs for big appetite.
Tuesday 22dec Sign Up for a seven gourmets dinner.
Cocktail Mojito de buganbilia -Appetizer -Tablon de quesos acompanado de mermelada de higos, mantequilla de nueces y pan de nuestro horno... -Carpaccio de salmon fresco con alino de alcachofa. La crema -De almeja chocolate perfumada con lemon grass. Ensalada -Arugula, queso gorgonzola, cacao garapinado, tropezones de tocino y mayonesa d'echalote. Plato principal -Mix de frutos del mar acopanados de granos ancestrales con crema de fruta de la pasion y reduction de granada. Postre -Fiesta de chocolate y vanilla. Final Frappe de rompope y cacao
