Watercolor Mandala Meditation
March 10, Wednesday, 11am to 12:30
A mandala (Sanskrit word meaning circle) symbolizes wholeness, connection balance and unity, and it offers a sense of boundaries and security as you paint.
What: I am once again offering you an opportunity to join me in painting a watercolor mandala with the intent of creating inner peace and balance for yourself. Many have joined me in the past and know that no talent is necessary, just your time. I will have tables and chairs set with good social distancing.
How: You just show up. I will bring watercolor supplies and guide you in how to paint a mandala.
When: Next Wednesday, March 10, 11:00am to 12:30pm.
Where: Cato’s Restaurant, on the beach close to the communal fish market. (There is a crocodile sculpture at the entrance) This restaurant is allowing us to use their space at no charge. I would encourage you to possibly order juice or stay after our painting meditation session for lunch. I love their food!
Who: Anyone who would like to join in and quietly paint together.
Why: There is power and energy when like minded folks join together with the same intent. Our intent is to use the watercolor meditation to center ourselves, and then send out positive energy toward maintaining peace in a world that may at times feel a bit out of balance.
Cost: There is no cost, other than your time and positive energy. Hope you will join me. Please bring a mask.
