Please join us at the spacious and airy Casa Luz. It has been said that practicing yoga can build strength, awareness and harmony in the body and mind. Yoga has many benefits including; increased flexibility, increased muscle strength & tone, improved respiration, improved energy & vitality and is also great for supporting a healthy immune system. A regular yoga practice can also help create mental clarity & calmness and is beneficial to relaxing the mind. This practice is available to all, touching your toes is not necessary. If you can make it to the rooftop palapa, the rest is easy!
