Please join us in the spacious and airy roof top palapa, Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 11. No previous experience or flexibility is required. Performing asanas (poses) like twists, inversions and back bends provide a sense of calm, allowing the body to spend more time in the parasympathetic nervous system. This is our rest and digest mode, where a sense of balance occurs. The opposite is our sympathetic nervous system, which is our flight, fight or freeze mode. This can lead to stress and inflammation and dramatically lowers the immune system. Hope too see you tomorrow 🙏✨
