Critical Alignment Yoga & Therapy

Critical Alignment Yoga & Therapy classes are being offered Tuesdays (10:15 - 11:45) and Thursdays (9:00 to 10:30 am) at Casa Luz. This unique style of yoga uses specifically designed props to release deep-rooted tension along the spine. The effects of this therapy are very often life-changing, empowering the practitioner to heal themselves and find relief from chronic tension. Students can create permanent and fundamental change in their bodies, resulting in better posture, movement and unparalleled core strength. Class size limited to 10 participants to allow for social distancing.

hi Carolina. no, although some of the principles are similar. Critical Alignment doesn't utilize psychotherapy, but students do benefit emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically. here is a video by the founder, Gert van Leeuwen, that provides some excellent information. | ----------------------- |
