As far as we know now, just because you are vaccinated does not mean you cannot contract the virus and spread it to others So please wear a mask and keep your distance when you are here, or anywhere.

Yep I know even after getting the vaccine I could get it and be a carrier. If we do come will self quarantine before, and wear masks We are waiting for vaccine because my husband is well past 75 and has COPD. So don’t be quick to judge Vik. We have a house there and have been wintering in La Manz for 22 years. Is our travel essential? I would say we have things we need to take care of And we would also like to support the local economy and pay our taxes. So yes, maybe we could get that all done via agents but really, well, I’d rather be there I really hate to post anything because you get all this backlash. I just wanted to say that it’s good to see local tests are available and give a cheer to all those that are suffering in these awful economic times | -----------------------Re: COVID testing

What happens if you do test positive. You're stuck in Mexico? | -----------------------Re: COVID testing

I mean, I love Mexico but I would want to be able to go home. | -----------------------Re: COVID testing

You should go home before you test positive. Why should you be allowed to spread COVID to anyone else on the plane, and further?? I am flabbergasted that anyone would think that would be okay. I am home in La Manzanilla. I do not expect it to be safe to travel until 2022. The furthest I have gone since Feb 2020 is Manzanillo, and only for macular degeneration injections because I must. My patience for non-essential travel is non-existent. We could break this pandemic if people would use their brains. It would be a nice change. | -----------------------Re: COVID testing

When I came in November I figured that if I got the virus I would go back to Colorado. Guess not but can’t imagine a better place than Boca to wait it out. | -----------------------
