I haven’t found any ANYWHERE to purchase pie dough ~ however there are a few places in Manzanillo where you can purchase puff pastry (millión de hojas), specifically Sams club and Sorianas.

Pie dough is easier to make than it is to buy.
Here is one recipe. A food processor is not required. A pastry cutter is helpful instead but I am sure it can be achieved by other method too.

Do tell where you bought it locally.
I call bullshit on your post, respectfully.

Oh, well if your going to call bullshit on my bullshit respectfully then you force me into dialog. I was hoping my bullshit would be enough.
To answer your question, I have never tried to buy or make pie dough, I stand unashamedly busted.

If you are not a vegetarian, manteca, or lard is available at the carneceria, mixed with whole wheat flour it makes the absolute best pie dough. Well, maybe actually duck fat is even better.

I also call bullshit on Danial’s bullshit call. Maybe Omar could help you find a source for pie pastry. It’s worth a try. And if that doesn’t work and you can lay your hands on a small amount of sour cream, try this recipe for No Fail Sour Cream pastry. I’ve used it for both sweat and savory pies and it is excellent. It explains how the addition of a little sour cream helps keep the pastry flaky. https://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/sour_cream_pie_crust/ Hope this helps get your pies done.
