List for the second (cancelled) vaccine shot

I've heard through the grapevine that those of us who had their second vaccine shot cancelled, that now there's a list to register your shot. Does anyone know if this is true or not? | -----------------------Re: List for the second (cancelled) vaccine shot

Firstly can I just say the 2nd shots have never been cancelled. Most people (not everyone) was told that they were approximate dates, nothing was set in stone and confirmed as exactly those dates. This has been posted and published and blogged about a lot since the first shots but an awful lot of people have not seen it or paid attention to it. Secondly, there are lots of rumours flying around about the 2nd shot and nothing is confirmed yet but there has been a number for the 'Servidores de la Republica' being banded about that you can supposedly call to set an appointment. I have called it a bunch of times for some friends and never got an answer. The number if you are wanting to try is 315 110 7073. Probably Spanish only. However seeing as how the appointments were handled before, I am skeptical as to them being used the 2nd time around. Lots of people are asking anyone they can and trying to find information, asking IMSS won't get you far as they are only the host building, it is a Federal programme from outside. I am positive that the moment confirmable information is found out it will be posted everywhere. It is a case of patience and waiting, which for anyone who has taken just about any process in Mexico should be aware, is the norm most of the time. | -----------------------Re: List for the second (cancelled) vaccine shot

Here in BC our second shot is approx. 4 months after the first shot. So, as Dan said, everyone should just be patient and not get excited. A lot depends on supply, and the most crucial thing at the moment is getting first shots in everyone’s arm. I had my first shot last week, Phizer, which apparently gives some protection right away which ramps up to 68-80% over the following 2-3 weeks. It does not mean you won’t get Covid or that you can relax protocols, you supposedly just won’t get as sick if you contract Covid and hopefully avoid dying. Now that’s good news, hehe.

From what I see on Facebook, the AZ vaccine doses are expected at the end of April, which is fast approaching. Here is a post (a bad translation) containing some phone numbers. Not sure what 'haciendo el padrón para vacunación' , means...is that the list? "Following the track of the vaccine for covid today I went to Cihuatlan looking for information about the second dose of covid and they informed me what the vaccines expect at the end of this month or in the last week of this month. I leave phone numbers to those that need to dial to have information in direct form servers of the nation 315 110 70 73 and the other phone that belongs to wellness 315 355 22 81 I ask you please contact because already They were doing the padron for vaccination thanks" Siguiendo la pista de la vacuna para covid hoy fui a cihuatlán buscando información de las segundas dosis de covid y me informaron qué esperan las vacunas a finales de este mes o en la última semana de este mes les dejo números telefónicos a los que hay que marcar para tener información en forma directa servidores de la nación 315 110 70 73 y el otro teléfono que pertenece a bienestar 315 355 22 81 les pido por favor se contacten porque ya estaban haciendo el padrón para vacunación gracias
