Is anyone driving to the ProAnimal Melaque Spay & Neuter Clinic?

There is a little male kitty on my property who desperately wants to live with me, but first he has to be "fixed." Is there anyone from La Manz going to the clinic Saturday through Monday between 10:45 and 3:45 who could give Gus and me a ride over and back? I would pay for gas and buy you lunch. Or if those times are inconvenient for you, could you just take Gus in his carrier at the same time you take your own pet/s? (I live on the road out of/into town so I could easily meet you on the street.) I would still reimburse you for your time and trouble. If you or anyone you know might be able to help carry out this mission, please contact me at lunalena49@gmail.com | -----------------------Re: Is anyone driving to the ProAnimal Melaque Spay & Neuter Clinic?

Lynne, how nice that Gus will have a home. 🏡 Maybe you already have an appt? That could help with rideshare coordination. Here's some info., ProAnimal Melaque states that each animal be accompanied by a person. This is to ensure safe recovery. You must make an appointment by phone. The clinic is not organized in such a way to take walk-ups.

Thanks, Rebecca. I know that I need to make an appt. for Gus, but I was thinking in the opposite direction. I would make an appt. for him when I knew I had a ride. (I've done this many times, sterilizing lots of animals in my old neighborhood, with the help of Friends With Cars.) But he is a male who doesn't leave the property so it's not so important as sterilizing a female, and he already lives with me since he figured out how to open the screens and windows from outside. I should have named him Frito or Dorito (he's orange) because the Mexicans call him "Goose." ;-) | -----------------------
