I clicked on that and got a Wikipedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AccuWeather
Impressive, including "AccuWeather's forecasts and warning services are based on weather information derived from numerous sources, including weather observations and data gathered by the National Weather Service and meteorological organizations outside the United States, and from information provided by non-meteorological organizations such as the Environmental Protection Agency and the armed forces as well as its own proprietary models and algorithms".
I am going to try it out.

Edit: First program with a storm surge (that I have found)

Edit 2
Link doesn't seem to go to the storm surge. Go to - Track Pamela - and select it at the top.
