Yoga at Casa Luz

Join us Thursdays at Casa Luz for a gentle Hatha Flow yoga practice. Our classes will focus on Asanas (yoga poses), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Meditation and of course Savasana (relaxation). Some benefits you can expect are increased flexibility & strength, increased joint mobility, deeper and fuller breathing, improved posture and balance, stronger muscles, and an overall sense of Well Being. These practices are meant to be available to all levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or have never (intentionally) done Downward Facing Dog!
