Ambulance repoet

The municipality of La Huerta is making changes in government positions and preparing for new members; which means that WE WILL NOT RECEIVE FUNDS from the La Huerta government during the months of September and October. Donativos are needed to cover the costs of fuel, training and salaries to always offer a better service. The ambulance team will go to each house in La Manzanilla requesting donations on Sunday September 18, please be kind. If you are outside of La Manzanilla at this time but would like to make a donation, you can do so through Western Union under my name Valerie Anne Denford. Thank you for your help and support to make a more united community. | -------------------Re: Ambulance repoet

Next Sunday is the 19th, not the 18th. (I know this without looking at a calendar because it will be the 10th anniversary of my husband's death and I'm already getting sad again.) So which day shall we be kind, Saturday or Sunday? | -------------------Re: Ambulance repoet

Thanks for the clarification, Val. I just thought of something else. The highest electric bills of the year will be due at the same time as your donation drive so I, for one, won't be able to donate much next Sunday. Would you consider changing the date for that reason? | -------------------Re: Ambulance report

Well Lynne just give what you can as the date stays. | -------------------Re: Ambulance report

I can't donate anything the same week as the CFE bill is due, so I hope you don't find lots of other people in the same position--especially locals. BTW, you don't need to translate a Message Board post into Spanish because your own computer settings determine the language; occasionaly I switch to Spanish just for the heck of it. Since so few Mexicans read the MB, you probably already know that their La Manzanilla Life FB page is the best way to reach them. | -------------------
