paso a paso in Middle School Garden
Posted by Brandon L on January 18, 2022, 4:59 pm
Step-by-step progress is being made in the Middle School Garden. Last week a fence was completed around some of the critical growing beds, buildings and irrigation systems. The fence is designed to keep out cattle. So far it is working well. With many more hands a lot more progress can be made to restore the gardens. Anytime Monday to Saturday between 8 am and noon, volunteers are welcome. You can find Peter Earley in the School Gardens during these hours, and he can explain the many ways you can help. In exchange for your services, we have an abundance of Thai basil and quite a bit of arugula for you to harvest. To learn more about the many diverse ways you can help out at the Garden visit the website: https://www.huachucagave.com/garden-project/volunteer A special thank you to all of the generous donations received for our fencing project.
