Sope de Cordero..Braised pulled Lamb w/ Cotijo Cheese and mint. Guava Ginger Glazed Pork Back Rib. Second Course: Capricious Caprese...Fresh Mozzarella, Tres Colores Grape and Beefsteak Tomatoes...Arugula, Grilled Fig and Mini Peppers...Basil and Garlic Confit Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. Choice of Main Course: Imported AAA Beef Short Ribs a la Bourgignon...slow roasted in red wine, Herbs de Provence...Baby Potatoes in Rosemary and Duck Fat. OR Seafood Risotto ... Creamy Arborio Rice, Saffron and Coconut Cream kissed with Chili...Lobster, tender Calamari Shrimp, white wine and Oyster Mushrooms.
