Nasal rinse

71 years old, 2 years into COVID and just did my first nasal rinse today. Gifted to me by a friend. Heard of it before but barely, first heard it in the COVID context via Dr. Peter McCullough, this is something that should be fight up there with mask use and social distancing.

Thought you might find this article about hydrogen peroxide nasal and mouth rinses published by Elsevier Public Health Emergency Collection interesting and helpful. It's fairly easy to read and has a lot of additional links to other articles. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7262503/ | -------------------Re: Early, at-home treatment

Hard to believe I watched all 12 minutes of that. She's not only angry but not very succinct. I kept waiting for her to mention nasal rinsing, or for her face to move, neither happened. | -------------------Get a Neti Pot instead

A neti pot is a reusable device for flushing your sinuses, much more sustainable than the throwaway cans of fluid. | ------------------- |
