The La Manz Purse Snatcher

Last evening (8PM 3rd March) at a La Manzanilla beachfront restaurant a middle aged woman appeared from the darkness of the beach and reached over the dinning tableside railing and snatched a purse from a female victim. The thief then ran off into the darkness down the beach while being pursued by the victims male friend. Several other patrons followed and when the male caught the thief and retrieved the purse, the thief's photo was taken. I'd like to post the thief's picture for all to see so visitors to this area can be aware and forewarned - as this female thief is alleged to be a regular problematic La Manz resident.
Would one of the witnesses be prepared to post her photo... ?

The thief is well known in town and one of the previous victims has a photo as well. Your photo may, however, be the only one that was taken at the crime scene, proving that she was the thief.

I was there when the photo was taken by an additional witness. There were 3 of us there at the time the purse was recovered from this thief.
If the moderator contacts me I can get him/her a copy of the photo.

I posted the photo to you post for you.
Can't really tell much from the photo. I am actually kind of relived,
I don't know the ramifications of posting a photo of someone in this context.
But there have been other post in the past, one I recall was of a thief in
Cihuatlan a year or so ago (warning, my time reference is not good at all).
This should be taken to the Delegado, it is their job to deal with this sort of thing
and they can't do their job if you don't go and report it.
Edit - Also important is to remember that this person is not stealing just for kicks,
they are probably trying to feed their kids or something similar.
