The La Manz Purse Snatcher

Last evening (8PM 3rd March) at a La Manzanilla beachfront restaurant a middle aged woman appeared from the darkness of the beach and reached over the dinning tableside railing and snatched a purse from a female victim. The thief then ran off into the darkness down the beach while being pursued by the victims male friend. Several other patrons followed and when the male caught the thief and retrieved the purse, the thief's photo was taken. I'd like to post the thief's picture for all to see so visitors to this area can be aware and forewarned - as this female thief is alleged to be a regular problematic La Manz resident. Would one of the witnesses be prepared to post her photo... ?
