Had car washed on the highway and many people getting bit by bees. bombaros (spelling) say migrating South African bees!!! Be extremely careful as I had some on my veranda this morning and shut them out. They are very aggressive. They were having to burn them out of the fruita packing plant south of Melaque. I rad about them 6-7 seven years ago, be alert and be care careful, the more you swat them, the more aggressive they become...

A quick Google showed 20,000 species of bees in the world. Did you check the passports of these critters? Lots of reasons for bees to be angry, like someone burning them out of their home. In Idaho and all over farming country (yes, Mx also) bees are used to polinate crops. Here they are known as leaf cutter bees and their houses are scattered all over the country side. They are smaller and will definately kick your butt if you disturb their "nest". Since they don't make honey they do not have the traditional hive structure. For them home is a punky piece of 6x6 lumber drilled and cross drilled for them to use as a nest. several of these are stacked into large plywood boxes raised off the ground a ways. Good luck, Rojo | -------------------thanks red
