An interesting thread. While all this sheltering in place and social distancing will save lives it is also going to kill some people. How many low income workers such as waiters and hotel employees will be pushed over the edge by a couple of months of unemployment? I am not talking about Mexico either. I have only read one article even raising the issue of the longer term consequences of the current hysteria. Before anybody jumps on me let me assure you I have no idea how to proceed at this point.
